WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

• Free Shipping: Free shipping is available on all orders with no minimum cart value.
• All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3–7 working days.
• Delivery Time: Once your order has been shipped, delivery generally takes 4–8 working days.
• Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes or military addresses.
• Rural domestic addresses may require one or more additional days for delivery.

OCTORI DUTY & ADDITIONAL CHARGES

For shipments delivered outside Delhi, the customer's state may charge an OCTORI Duty on top of the price of the item. These charges are beyond our control and cannot be reimbursed by Sollak Designs.

Domestic customers are responsible for any OCTORI Duty charged by their respective state government. We are unable to predict which shipments will be assessed with these fees or the amount of the fee that may be charged.

In cases where the customer refuses to accept the shipment due to applicable duties or charges, either the cost of the goods or return service costs may be assessed.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

No. At the moment, we only ship our imitation jewellery across India.
